Monika Piaścik is a strategy, investment and energy executive with over 20 years of experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

She has held executive and senior leadership roles at leading organizations including Polenergia, ORLEN Group, Orange where she has led strategic growth initiatives, supported major investment decisions and contributed to the development of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Monika holds a Master of Public Administration in International Energy Management and Policy from Columbia University and a joint Executive MBA from Gdynia Maritime University and Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences.

At SGE, Monika serves as Chief Strategy and Development Officer, overseeing corporate strategy, business development, investor relations and capital raising activities.
