He has also gained extensive hands-on experience in executing complex projects at scale, including more than 1,000 EPC contracts, as well as in leading strategic consolidation and successful exits.
Mr. Sołowow also has extensive experience in public-market environments and the stewardship of capital. For around 20 years, he has been active on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as an entrepreneur, controlling shareholder, and manager of listed companies. Six companies associated with his business activity have been listed in total, giving him practical experience in transparency, regulation, investor relations, minority shareholder protection, and public scrutiny.
