Krzysztof Dominiczak

Vice President of the Management Board

Krzysztof is an experienced energy executive with a strong background in the power sector and deep expertise in strategic project delivery in the nuclear industry. As Vice President of the Management Board at SGE, he helps shape the company’s strategic direction as a European platform for SMR fleet deployment, supporting the development of its international project pipeline. He also manages the Technical Collaboration Agreement between GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy, Ontario Power Generation, Tennessee Valley Authority, and SGE, while supporting strategic partnerships with technology vendors, utilities, industrial partners, and public-sector stakeholders. In parallel, he serves as Director of Operations at Orlen Synthos Green Energy, SGE’s joint venture with ORLEN, responsible for advancing the deployment of the BWRX-300 fleet in Poland.

Before joining SGE, Krzysztof held senior project and engineering roles across the energy sector in both Poland and abroad. At Fennovoima in Finland, he served as Senior Project Manager, overseeing key elements of the company’s nuclear new-build program, including turbine island facilities, turbine-generator systems, and EPC contract deliverables across the project lifecycle. Earlier, he held a series of managerial and engineering positions at GE Power and Alstom Power, where he built extensive experience in project execution, engineering leadership, product development, and cross-functional delivery in complex industrial environments.

Krzysztof holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Szewalski Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng), registered with the Engineering Council UK and a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE). His academic and executive education also includes a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Kozminski University and an Executive MBA from Gdańsk University of Technology and the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development.
