Paulina Chorążewska-Matwiejczuk leads global communications and marketing at SGE. She brings 20 years of experience across government and corporate environments, with deep expertise in strategic communications, executive advisory, crisis communications, media relations, and integrated campaigns in sensitive and highly regulated settings.
Before joining SGE, she spent nearly 15 years at the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw, Poland, most recently as Digital Strategy Director, advising U.S. Ambassadors and senior U.S. officials on communication strategy, crisis response, and public affairs. She led messaging campaigns on energy, defense, democracy, and transatlantic cooperation, and chaired the Embassy’s communications working group on energy in support of Poland’s energy transformation, nuclear development, and energy security goals.
Earlier in her career, she held communications roles at McCann Worldgroup and Weber Shandwick. She holds an M.A. in American Studies and Mass Media from the University of Lodz, a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz, and studied journalism at Falmouth University in the UK as a Socrates-Erasmus scholar.
