Aleksandra Chwała has been part of MS Galleon Group since 2019. As Head of Legal, she is responsible for ensuring legal compliance, managing regulatory and transactional risk, and providing strategic legal counsel to the Management Board. She negotiates and advises on strategic contracts, including complex technology agreements, investment agreements, and commercial multi‑jurisdictional agreements.

She brings over a decade of experience gained in international environments across corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, and energy-sector regulations, including nuclear law. Her background spans both in-house counsel positions and external advisory roles, including expertise developed within a Big Four advisory.

Aleksandra holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (United Kingdom) and a Master of Laws degree (Poland), and has obtained a diploma from the International School of Nuclear Law at the University of Montpellier. Aleksandra is admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law in Poland.
