Krystian Malczewski is an experienced finance executive with a strong track record in the financial management of companies and complex infrastructure projects. His professional expertise covers the full investment lifecycle, including business development, construction oversight, and long-term asset management.

He brings to SGE S.A. senior leadership experience gained in CFO and finance executive roles at major international organizations, including Karmar, a Bouygues Group company, and Skanska. Over the course of his career, he has worked across construction, real estate, and infrastructure development, with extensive exposure to projects executed in multiple European jurisdictions and under a range of financing structures, including public-private partnerships and concession models.

He has participated in the delivery of significant regional infrastructure investments, including the A1 Motorway project, Gdańsk–Toruń section.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking, with a specialization in Investment and Capital Strategies, from Kozminski University, and has completed postgraduate studies in Property Management and Property Appraisal.
