Łukasz Macuda leads IT and Digital Strategy at SGE. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in global technology organizations across the IT, manufacturing, and financial sectors. His core expertise includes digital transformation, cloud solutions, and building high-performing teams and organizations.

He has held leadership roles at global corporations such as ABB, IBM, and Luxoft. Before joining SGE, he served as VP, Global Head of IT Core Services at ABB, where he successfully transformed traditional IT into a customer- and service-oriented organization, spearheaded a comprehensive cloud transformation program, and raised service quality to the highest levels in the company’s history.

Previously, at IBM, he directed the development of software products successfully implemented for leading financial institutions such as Bank of America, Citigroup, Mastercard, and Bank of China. Later, as Managing Director at Luxoft Poland, he oversaw the delivery of software and IT services to global automotive and technology brands, including BMW, AMD, Siemens, and LG.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
