Mariusz is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience as a CEO and CFO, and a strong track record of serving on Management Boards and Supervisory Boards across both public and private companies. As Vice President of the Management Board at SGE, he brings broad financial and operational expertise to the company’s strategic development and long-term growth. His areas of expertise span finance, accounting, treasury, controlling, tax, audit, HR, and business law, combined with a strong interest in emerging technologies and sustainable value creation.

In addition to his role at SGE, he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Columbus Pro sp. z o.o. and Vice President of ATEC Group. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at CORAB S.A. and HEMOLENS Diagnostics. Over the course of his career, he has held numerous senior leadership roles, including Vice President and CFO at FTF Development S.A., Vice President at H&N sp. z o.o. and Management Board positions at GC Broker, Homla sp. z o.o., and Nexterio sp. z o.o. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at FTF Columbus sp. z o.o.

Earlier in his career, Mariusz held executive and supervisory roles at a number of major companies, including FTF Columbus S.A., FTF Galleon S.A., Barlinek S.A., Cersanit Group, Sklepy Komfort S.A., Synthos S.A. and Echo Investment S.A. He also served as CFO and Vice President at NOMI S.A. (Kingfisher Group) and as Finance Director at PepsiCo Trading sp. z o.o.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics and Information Technologies from the Cracow University of Economics.
